Billet handling magnet systems suited for moving larger quantities of round or square materials, pipes, plates or sections tied together. Because a deep magnetic field is necessary in such cases, an electromagnetic system is the frequent choice.
Electromagnet system WLL25t, delivered for outdoor crane, consisted of: 2x electromagnets TMB10.2-8.5, 7,5kW@220VDC each, 1x magnet beam, 1x scrap magnet W100 (5kW@220VDC) on auxiliary lift, 1x magnet controller MACOdrive-15/2/20, 15kW@220VDC, with battery backup. Material handling: round material, square material, max. weight 25000kg, length 6400-9600mm, diameter 320-550mm. Country enduser: CZ.
