Magnet system for bundles and single profiles handling for CZ end user delivered in total 3 systems.
Each system consists 1pc fixed magnet beam 9500 mm + 4 pcs electromagnet TMB and accessories, Lift. capacity WLL 5,000 kg. Electromagnet: Voltage 110V DC, Power 1,875 kW/Magnet, Lifting capacity on bundles 1,250 kg/Magnet. Magnets have retractable fingers to lift smaller or lighter objects. The beam and the magnets are connected by trapezium strips. These trapezium strips form a construction that can follow bending of the bundle. Also these strips provide a play in height direction of approx. 60 mm.
