Scrap lifting electromagnet W80 on Jib Column Crane WLL 2t transports steel scrap in scrap yard and foundry, located in CZ.
It can handle tons of scrap continuously 24/7. Magnet is used for loading of steel scrap, steel turning, billets, pig iron etc. from trucks to containers to charge the furnace directly.
Electromagnet model W80, 4kW@220VDC, weight +/- 600kg. Lift capacity: cast iron pigs 340kg, scrap 3A - 310kg, 24 - 280kg, 40 - 140kg. Electromagnet is powered by MACOdrive-5/1, drive controlled power system without backup.
